Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, stains, odors, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For returns due to customer reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including covering the return shipping cost when applicable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns of items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition and cannot be resold.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
