Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

  • Return Shipping Cost: Unless the item is defective or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not offer free returns for change of mind.

  • Refund Method: We only process refunds to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not offer cash refunds or transfers to third-party accounts (e.g., personal PayPal accounts).

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email us at 1992kje@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how to send your package.

Step 3: Pack the items securely and ship them back to us. (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)

Refunds & Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

💳 Information on Credit Card Installment Refunds: If you placed your order using credit card installments (e.g., Shop Pay Installments or bank installments):

  • In most cases, the refund will be applied to cancel your remaining installment balance.

  • However, depending on your credit card issuer's policy, the refunded amount might be credited to your account while your original installment plan continues.

  • Please check with your bank or credit card issuer for their specific terms regarding installment refunds.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
