ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping time. All orders are generally processed (checked, packed, and forwarded to logistics) within 2 to 5 business days.

During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer. We do our best to dispatch your order as fast as possible and appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been processed and picked up by our shipping partners, the estimated delivery times are as follows (excluding weekends and public holidays):

  • USA: 3 to 8 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5 to 15 business days

Note: Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available.

DELAYS & ISSUES

We do not have control over customs and are not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen carrier issues.

In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days, please contact us so we can resolve the issue or arrange a replacement package for you.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We understand that you may change your mind.

  • Before Processing: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can cancel and refund your order fully if it has not yet been processed.

  • After Processing: Once an order has been processed and forwarded to our shipping partners, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item after receiving it in accordance with our Refund Policy.
