Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 3 to 8 business days. However, in very rare cases (such as high volume periods or carrier delays), delivery may take up to 30 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our "Track Your Order" page or by clicking the link in your email.

4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.)

5. Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you are welcome to return the item for a refund once you receive it.
